Can’t see a defamation allegation sticking. Trump incited the riots then pardoned the rioters because they were only doing what he asked them to do. The BBC show included an edited version of his speech, like every other broadcaster, instead of the entire hours long waffle, but it didn’t change the intent or meaning of Trump’s speech.
The show wasn’t even available in the USA and nobody would have thought about it except for Trump wanting to make even more billions from his treasonous activities.
